SMT department owns 43 state of the art surface mounting machine, 52 fully automatic high-efficient insertion machine, which pair up with full set of quality assurance and failure analysis facilities. Our staff are continuously support and trained by Sony, which allow our engineer/managerial staff to equip  themselves with the most effective managerial skills and technique.
